After our intake sessions, we will collaborate to figure out a frequency that works for you. Typically, I will start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, with an opportunity for monthly. Treatment length depends on therapeutic goals, which are guided by our treatment plan and your input.

50-54 minutes. We can schedule longer or shorter sessions if needed.

Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice, Aetna PPO (including Meritain), United Healthcare/UMC/Optum.If your insurance plan isn’t listed, I can assist you with finding out if your plan will reimburse you for our work together.

Out-of-pocket sessions are $150 - $160. I have some sliding scale openings - please inquire!
