“Before becoming a counselor, I traveled the world as a videographer for Planet Earth. Being behind the lens taught me the patience, deep observation, and profound curiosity for the stories that connect us. Today, I bring that same open, non-judgmental presence to therapy.”

“I strive to create a warm, collaborative, inclusive space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.”

Ally, LCPC, NCC, PMH-C

“I provide compassionate support to help you heal, grow, and thrive.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by relationship struggles, or navigating grief, stress, depression, or anxiety, you're not alone.

We can explore your experiences, set meaningful therapeutic goals, and create a supportive plan to help you live authentically and sustain healthier habits.”

“We'll use reflection and your personal insight to connect past and current experiences to help you become 'unstuck'.

Together, at your own pace, we will build on your natural strengths to enhance coping skills, strengthen relationships, and shape a life that resonates with your values and identity.”

“In our work together, we’ll gain insight into your unique experiences and work towards goals that are most meaningful to you.

We can break down the cycle of executive dysfunction and masking, replace harsh self-judgment with self-compassion, and work on building back healthy connections with yourself and others.”

“My practice is neuro-affirming and honors the intersection of the mind-body connection, social and cultural influence, and how this impacts emotional well-being. I have particular interest in late-diagnosis ADHD, self-esteem, women’s health issues, and helping individuals explore their relationship with alcohol and/or cannabis.”

Please note: You may occasionally see my puppy, Gus, in a virtual session.

Self healing and exploration through the personal journey of therapy

Our mission is to provide compassionate care and support to help you heal, grow, and thrive. We practice identity-affirming and neuro-affirming care in an inclusive environment.

We believe in honoring and respecting all identities, dedication to continued training in cultural humility, and client autonomy in the therapeutic process. Sessions will move at your own pace, working through the goals that you determine.

We offer virtual sessions as well as in-person sessions at two locations:

3057 N Rockwell, in Avondale

Modalities

We use different interventions depending on the needs of each client. Here are some that we practice:

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) helps you build a different relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings -  rather than fighting them, you learn to make room for them while still moving toward what matters most to you.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) explores the connection between how you think, feel, and behave, helping you identify unhelpful patterns and replace them with ones that serve you better.

Relational Therapy is grounded in the belief that the relationship between you and your therapist is itself a vehicle for healing -  by experiencing a safe, honest connection in the room, you can start to shift the patterns that show up in your relationships outside of it.

Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative approach for when part of you wants to change and part of you isn't so sure -  it helps you explore your own reasons for change at your own pace, without pressure or judgment.
