We offer evening openings and flexible schedules for folks like teachers or healthcare workers who may need sessions early in the day, during a lunch break, in the afternoon, or evening.
We specialize in helping you navigate the everyday realities of anxiety, ADHD, and depression.
Life in Chicago is amazing, but can be busy and overwhelming at times. Our goal is to provide a grounded, judgment-free space to slow down, reflect, and go into the world feeling a bit lighter.
The building is accessible, has free parking, an elevator, and the bathrooms are gender neutral.
Rockwell on the River Location
We purposefully set up our practice inside the beautiful Rockwell on the River building to design a therapy experience that feels encouraging to stick with.
Situated right along the vibrant, calming north branch of the Chicago River, our location combines high timber ceilings, exposed brick, and peaceful water views to create a healing environment.
We’re surrounded by amazing local Avondale businesses to treat yourself before or after sessions, get some work done in a relaxing setting, or take a walk.
You can grab lunch at Soul and Smoke or a coffee and pastry at Dolce Arte. If you’re really going for it, you can rent a Kayak from Wateriders
