Our work together can address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational challenges.
Using evidence-based frameworks (along with warmth, empathy, and occasionally, some humor) I will support you in navigating issues such as: anxiety, depression, work stress, trauma, grief, neurodivergence, and relationship struggles. I am dedicated to continued training in cultural humility and honoring and respecting all identities.
I currently have daytime openings Monday - Friday and work with individuals 18+.
